Pre-order your Thanksgiving Feast to enjoy at home. Feasts can be picked up on either Wednesday, November 24th, 12-9pm or Thursday, November 25th, 12-3pm.

HEATING & SERVING INSTRUCTIONS

Ready in 30 minutes


OVEN INSTRUCTIONS: Total time 30 minutes

Roasted Turkey Breast, Traditional Bread Stuffing & Ciabatta Bread

Preheat oven to 375°F. Place turkey & stuffing in oven for 20 minutes with the

lids on. After 20 minutes remove lids & add ciabatta bread on separate shelf.

Cook all 3 items for 10 more minutes to allow them to crisp up. Heat until

temp. of turkey & stuffing reaches 165°F. Serve in container or on platters for

visual appeal.


MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS: Total time 19 minutes

Please Note: The following instructions are for each item individually heated.

If you combine items in the microwave the timing will change.

Zuppa di Zucca - Place container with lid on in microwave for 4 minutes or

until temp. reaches 165°F. Divide into 4 portions & garnish with Grana Padano

cheese & croutons before serving.

Baked Yams (w/sauce) & Haricots Verts - Open container & remove lid from

small sauce container. (This lid is NOT microwave safe.) Replace large lid. Place

container w/sauce in the microwave for 4 minutes or until temp. reaches 165°F.

Mashed Potatoes - Place container with lid on in microwave for 4 minutes or

until temp. reaches 165°F.

Turkey Gravy - Place container with lid on in microwave for 3 minutes or until

temp. reaches 165°F.

*Prosciutto Cotto / Ham w/Pineapple & Mustard Sauce (add-on) - Place

container with lid on in microwave for 4 minutes or until temp. reaches 165°F.


COLD FOOD ITEMS: Store cold foods at 41°F or colder until ready to serve.

Insalata Invernale - Toss w/dressing, divide & serve.

Cranberry Sauce - Divide & serve at room temperature.

Pumpkin Pie w/Vanilla Gelato - Divide & serve.

Gelato needs to be put in freezer within 30 minutes of picking up your

Family Feast from the restaurant to prevent melting. Keep frozen until

ready to serve.
