Il Fornaio's Panificio (wholesale bakery) business has grown to include 2 locations: Burlingame in Northern California and La Mirada in Southern California. The wholesale bakeries provide all the baked goods for Il Fornaio restaurants in those markets while servicing many prestigious wholesale accounts. By providing distribution through different channels, including DSD on our own trucks, direct to our customers' distribution facilities, or through third party distributors, Il Fornaio supplies a broad product line to customers nationwide.
